BRB or "Berry Recovery Bowl."

I love this bowl!  It is an excellent breakfast or post workout meal or snack.

To a blender add as many ripe bananas as you desire and blend.  I usually use about twelve.  Pour bananas into a bowl and then add your favourite berries or other seasonal fruit.  Sliced plum, peaches, or nectarines also work very well.  Tuck in with a spoon and enjoy!  Good food is good mood :)
