Mango Tomato Soup

This is one of my favourite soups!  I got the suggestion from a video featuring Dr. Douglas Graham, author of The 80/10/10 Diet...does that count as copyright infringement?  I don't know.  Either way, I love this recipe.

Soup:  Remove the skin and seed of the mangos.  To a blender add equal parts mango and cherry tomatoes.  Blend well and serve with celery.  

The celery gives the soup a crunch and can also double as a spoon.  When I have this meal I tend to make roughly 1.5 litres of soup.  You can also adjust the ratio of tomatoes to mango, giving the soup a slightly different taste.  This is much like an artist mixing various amounts of two colours resulting in many different hues.
