Fat Dog 120 Nutrition Strategy, Raw Vegan

In 2017 I raced Fat Dog 120—an 193km ultra-marathon with over 8,600m of elevation gain. I finished in 38hrs, and I finished strong. I trained and raced on a raw vegan diet centred around fruits and vegetables. I have to say this way of eating is absolutely fantastic.
