I am training for Ultra520kCanada. This week I trained 25 hours in six days. Photo 1: Breakfast…bananas this ripe got blended. Photo 2: During training snacks. Photo 3: Post training meal. Photo 4: Dinner. In all likelihood I will have more than 12 oranges. The total calories for the day is in the vicinity of 5000.
